PET POLICY

NO PETS ALLOWED at Eagle Cap Chalets
(cabins, condos, and chalet rooms)
Memorial weekend though October 1st.

Pets are allowed in off season in our pet friendly units only.

Please let reservation desk know you are bringing your pet at the time when making your reservation.

Pet are not allowed to be left unattened in any of our units.

There will be a $30 Non-refundable pet fee.

There will be a $100 fee plus a cleaning fee for any un-registered pets

All Pet must be registered at office prior to arrival.

Fees will occur for pets not registered.
Pets are always welcome in our RV Park

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIME SEASON

All reservations require half of your stay as a deposit due within 14 days from the time the reservation is made. Balance is due upon arrival. Deposits are subject to a $30 maintenance fee per unit if cancelled 30 days in advance of stay. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance of stay will lose entire deposit. The above policy is in effect for prime months only.

Absolutely no refunds for early departures or bad weather.

EAGLE CAP CHALETS

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GOUPS OF 5 OR MORE UNITS

All reservations require half of your stay as a deposit due within 14 days from the time the reservation is made. Balance is due upon arrival. Deposits are subject to a $50.00 maintenance fee per unit cancelled 90 days in advance of stay. Cancellations less than 90 days in advance of stay will lose entire deposit. The above policy is in effect for prime months only.

PARK AT THE RIVER

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits due within 14 days from the time the reservation is made. Balance is due upon arrival. Deposits are subject to a $10 maintenance fee per site if cancelled 14 days in advance of stay. Cancellations less than 14 days in advance of stay will lose entire deposit.

Absolutely no refunds for early departures or bad weather.
